LOCATION:

The Hideout Hair Studio is located at 3435 se Hawthorne blvd in beautiful Portland, OR. 

PARKING:

There is a free parking lot behind the studio for clients, there is also ample free street parking surrounding the studio

HOW SHOULD YOU ARRIVE FOR YOU APPOINTMENT?

Please come with your hair clean, lightly styled in its natural state without heavy products or the manipulation of ties or clips so your natural texture can best be served.

HOW FAR OUT CAN YOU BOOK?

Appointments may be booked up to two months in advance 

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY:

Please cancel or reschedule no sooner than 24 hours, if something comes up please reach out.

-cancel within 48hrs= 50% charge of service booked

-cancel, no-show or reschedule within 24hrs= 100% charge of service booked

ARE ADJUSTMENTS OFFERED?

The goal is for you to feel good in your hair. Minor adjustments are offered within 7 days of your appointment, on a case-by-case basis at the stylist discretion. Due to the personal and creative nature of haircutting and coloring, the studio does not offer refunds.

CAN YOU BRING A FRIEND?

The Hideout is a small and intimate space, but a +1 (partner, friend, family member) is welcome as long as they can give us space to focus during your appointment.

IS THE STUDIO  KID FRIENDLY?

The studio warmly welcomes guest over 10 years and older. If your child is under 10, please reach out as younger clients are accepted on a case-by-case basis

Appointment request are confirmed individually to ensure the best experience and fit for each guest. Bookings must be submitted with accurate client information.
